Basic Birth Package
Is this not your first rodeo? If you are planning for your second, third (or beyond) birth, this package will provide focused, hands-on attention to support your ongoing journey.
What You Get:
- Free initial consultation/interview
- One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth
- Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
- Referrals as needed to community or other resources
- On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
- Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby
- 1 hour post delivery support
- One Postpartum visit to recap birth and provide resources if needed
This package is designed for moms who have experience with birth but need some additional support while giving birth.

Joyful Birth package
Not sure what to expect when you’re expecting? Get straightforward, evidence-based tips from me. From birthing choices to coping skills during labor, you'll learn practical ways to make your birth a great experience.
What You Get:
- All the services included in the Basic Birth Doula Package, plus:
- Help developing your birth plan
- Additional 1-hour prenatal visit (total of 2 prenatal visits)
- Help preparing your home for baby
- Two 1-hour postpartum visit
This package is targeted to first-time families or those planning a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) or seeking additional support and services.

Birth ATTENDANCE Package
Need additional support just during the birth? No problem. I will be there for you in whatever ways you need me to be.
What You Get:
- One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth
- On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
- Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby
Ideal for families who are at least 33 weeks gestation and just deciding that you would like additional support.
